1. How can I know if my order was successful?
Thank you for shopping at Vossa! Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number and a summary of the products purchased.
If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours of making the purchase, it is most likely that there was an error in the email address entered. In any case, please contact our Customer Service team through our contact page.
Please note that orders ship 1-2 business days after purchase, excluding orders placed on weekends or holidays. In those cases, orders are processed during the next business day. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification along with the necessary information to track your order.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In the period of sales and promotions, the delivery time may be longer than usual, and we are not responsible for possible delays by the transport company.
We work so that you receive your order as soon as possible. Orders take approximately 48 hours in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
3. Can I exchange or return my product?
Yes, if you wish you can change and/or return your order free of charge within a maximum period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of your order.
You just have to send an email informing of the return and pack your order so that a courier can pick it up.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT
The Client must meet the following requirements :
- The request for change or return must be made within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
- Items must be in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.
